Since 1996, Ms. Kothari has represented both individuals and corporations in the successful achievement of their immigration goals.

With a special focus on employment-based immigration, she represents a range of businesses from start-ups to multinational corporations in accomplishing short and long-term immigration objectives.

Ms. Kothari’s home office in Washington, DC, and satellite office in Europe, provides the ability to serve a global client base in the United States, Europe and Asia. She is multilingual which facilitates communication with clients in French, Danish, Italian and Gujarati (an Indian language). She is also proficient in Spanish.

Along with managing the practice, Ms. Kothari teaches and lectures in the areas of immigration and nationality law as well as immigrant integration in Europe. From 2011 to 2012, she served as the Vice-chairperson of Kolding Kommune’s (Denmark) Integration Council.
